In 2016 Erin was nominated for best costume design at the 6th AACTA awards for her work on the ABC and Endemol series, THE BEAUTIFUL LIE, starring Sarah Snook. Recent design projects include; THE WRONG GIRL, starring Jessica Marais, for Channel 10 and Playmaker. Erin costume designed Nick Verso’s debut feature film BOYS IN THE TREES that premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2016 (in competition, in the Orizzonti section).

Erin has recently been awarded a Churchill Fellowship. In 2017 the fellowship will take her on a 7 week professional development journey, working with costume designers and production companies around the world to expand her own design practice and networks and share those findings with the film and TV community on return to Australia. Erin is also due to graduate from her Doctorate of Creative Industries from Queensland University of Technology mid 2017. Her research is focused on Dress and Identity: The role of costume in characterisation for film and television.

Erin is passionate about the social and cultural significance of dress and the ability to communicate through design. She is excited to be involved with the Australian film and arts industries and enjoys the collaborative process this requires.
